• Rabeprazole (20 mg): A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that irreversibly blocks the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme ("proton pump") in the stomach's parietal cells, significantly reducing stomach acid production.

• Levosulpiride (75 mg SR): A prokinetic agent and selective dopamine D₂ receptor antagonist that enhances gastrointestinal motility, speeds up gastric emptying, and helps prevent acid and food from refluxing back up into the food pipe (esophagus).
